TUITION AND FEE POLICY
This tuition and fee policy is expected to be strict and will be enforced to insure the financial stability of MKJY KIDDIELAND LEARNING CENTER.
PAYMENT OF TUITION:
You have four (4) options of paying the tuition in the following ways
Monthly
Quarterly
Semi-annual
Annual
Tuition DOES NOT INCLUDE exam papers, reviewers, extracurricular fees, field trip expenses, technology fee, etc. These fees are due separately to the school when they appear on your monthly statement of accounts.
ENROLLMENT AND TUITION REFUND POLICY:
- Must pay admission fee upon enrollment
- Admission or Enrollment fee is NON-REFUNDABLE
- Pupils who have paid in their tuition in full and withdraw prior to the first day of school shall receive a full refund of tuition. Processing time frame of refund is 15-30 days.
- Enrolled pupils who withdraw between the first day and the 5th month are responsible for half of the full tuition amount.
- The school will not forward records for students who withdraw with an outstanding balance.
- No tuition will be refunded due to disciplinary dismissal or any other dismissal from the school.
UPON TERMINATION, WITHDRAWAL, OR DISENROLLMENT, THE FOLLOWING NONREFUNDABLE SCHOOL FEES ARE INCURRED AND OWED IMMEDIATELY:
- Admission or Enrollment Fee
- School and PE Uniform Fee, School ID (optional)
- School ID Fee, Fees for textbooks, School supplies, and worksheets
DELIQUENT TUITION PAYMENTS:
- School exercises a No Permit No Exam Policy
- Should tuition payments be deliquent for two (2) consecutive months, the student is ineligible to return to virtual online class until the tuition fees and fees are paid in full
- Should the tuition remain past due on the third (3rd) month, the student will be disenrolled from the school
ELIGIBILITY FOR RECOGNITION AND GRADUATION:
All fees must be paid in order for students to participate in the End of the Year RECOGNITION and GRADUATION. Parents accept these terms and condition upon payment of the registration fee, agreement to the Financial Contract and approved enrollment of their child(ren) in KIDDIELAND LEARNING CENTER
NOTE: Recognition, moving-up exercises, and all extra curricular activities and fees are duly cancelled in compliance with government mandate until further notice.
