STUDENT'S INFORMATION
TUITION AND FEE POLICY
This tuition and fee policy is expected to be strict and will be enforced to ensure the financial stability of MYCY KIDDIELAND LEARNING CENTER INC.
PAYMENT OF TUITION:
You have two (2) options of paying the tuition in the following ways
Monthly
Annual
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Tuition DOES NOT INCLUDE recognition and moving up fees, exam papers, reviewers, extracurricular fees, field trip expenses, technology fee, etc. These fees are due separately to the school when they appear on your monthly statements or accounts.
DELIQUENT TUITION PAYMENTS:
- School exercises a No Permit No Exam Policy
- Should tuition payments be deliquent for two (2) consecutive months, the student is ineligible to return to class until the tuition fees and fees are paid in full
- Should the tuition remain past due on the third (3rd) month, the student will be disenrolled from the school
ENROLLMENT AND TUITION REFUND POLICY:
- Enrollment fee is NON-REFUNDABLE
- Students who have paid tuition in full and withdraw prior to the first day of school shall receive a fifty percent (50%) refund of tuition.
- Students who have paid tuition in full and withdraw between the first day of school and December 15th shall receive a twenty percent (20%) refund of tuition.
- The school will not forward records for students who withdraw with an outstanding balance.
- No tuition will be refunded due to a disciplinary dismissal or any other reasons for dismissal from the school.
- For the month of December, a double tuition fee is mandatory, covering tuition for both December and last Month of the School Year. Payment deadlines apply.
UPON TERMINATION, WITHDRAWAL, OR DISENROLLMENT, THE FOLLOWING NON-REFUNDABLE SCHOOL FEES ARE INCURRED AND OWED IMMEDIATELY:
- Registration or Enrollment Fee
- School and PE Uniform Fee
- School ID Fee, Fees for textbooks, School supplies, and Insurance

All fees must be paid in order for students to participate in the End of the Year RECOGNITION and Moving Up Exercises. Parents accept these terms and condition upon payment of the registration fee, agreement to the Financial Contract and approved enrollment of their child(ren) in MYCY KIDDIELAND LEARNING CENTER Inc.
